THE BEST EXERCISE IS TO SWIM

MY EXERCISE REGIME

I go for a swim for about 40 minutes and then do a bit of weight training.Swimming is the best exercise and a full body tone up as well.It is fun and has the least impact and injury.Every now and then I do a bit of breathing and stretching yoga.I love dancing,so sometimes I also join dance classes.

MY PROBLEM AREAS


Hips and thighs.But I tend to take care of that with my swimming.

MY STRENGTHS


I am blessed with good metabolism,so I dont put on too much.

MY DIET


When shooting,I cant avoid food served on the sets a lot of times.But I have lots of fruits,vegetables and bean sprouts.The body needs natural sources of vitamins,proteins and minerals.I eat all kinds of food,so that there is a balanced diet.If we pick and choose too much,the body sometimes get deficient of things we are unknowingly avoiding.Since I do a lot of international films,the food on set in that case is also light and healthy.

Akshay Kumar for his tremendous will power to keep himself fit at every age.He has got a good toned-up body right from the beginning and has maintained himself really well.

HER IDEAL CELEB BODY


Akshay Kumar and Shilpa Shetty.Both these people have toned bodies which are not too beefed up.They look fit,yet natural.I love that look.And they are looking better and better every day as they age.
